Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, a binding estimate or a commitment to carry out work. Any construction work would be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Brawn Contracting.

Service descriptions are general information about the types of work we take on. Photography marked as illustrative is generic imagery used to show the kinds of spaces described, and does not depict specific completed Brawn Contracting projects.

Nothing on this site limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection legislation or other applicable law.

Refunds, cancellations, shipping

This website does not sell goods or take payments, so no purchase, refund, cancellation, shipping or delivery terms apply to it. Any cancellation or payment terms for construction work would be set out in your written project agreement.
