Submitting the form requires your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing brawncontracting22@gmail.com. Withdrawal may mean we can no longer respond to an open inquiry.

Third parties

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and form submissions are delivered by email. Those providers process data only to deliver the service. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond, complete related work, and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing brawncontracting22@gmail.com.

Access and correction

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, attachments are restricted by type and size, and access to submitted information is limited to those who need it to respond to your inquiry. No method of transmission is completely secure.

If a privacy breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.

Marketing communications (CASL)

We reply to inquiries you send us. We do not send commercial electronic marketing messages without consent, and any such message would identify us and include an unsubscribe method.

Artificial intelligence

This website does not use AI systems to process your submission or to make decisions about your inquiry. Inquiries are read and answered by people.
